Mr. and Mrs. Linggi

We were invited to attend Sarah and Dan's wedding, and it was beautiful.

We all got dressed up, even Wes and Nate in their button up shirts and sport coats.

Both boys were very good during the ceremony. Nate sat on Daddy's lap and played with Lou Lou's purse.

Wes was amazingly quiet and sat next to me asking questions in a whisper. I had explained to him that he needed to watch what Luc, the ring bearer, did so that he would know what to do when he is a ring bearer for Adam and Jaime's wedding in March. He seemed to take this very seriously, and really paid attention. Towards the end of the ceremony, he moved over to Papa's lap, so he could get a better view. After the ceremony, Chris took Wes to use the bathroom and they had a very deep talk. Wes wanted to know who he could marry. They figured out that he can't marry Mommy because she's already married to Daddy, he can't marry Lou Lou because she's already married to Papa and he can't marry Kylie because she's his cousin. I think they finally settled on Ella from preschool. Good thing he has a few years to figure that out.

Wes had a blast playing with all of his cousins, as always. At one point, during the cocktail hour, Wes was standing next to Kylie when William ran up and asked if Kylie wanted to chase him. Wes could barely contain himself, "Uh, I do!". Wes loves a good game of chase more than anything else and can never get anyone to play with him, so he happily chased cousins all over the court yard.

Wes also loved the dancing, he was a dancing fool. He would dance with anyone who would let him, and that was pretty much everybody. My feet hurt so bad the next day from dancing too much in high heels with my little boy. At one point Wes and I were dancing to a fast song and Lou Lou came up to dance with us. He said, "Um, Lou Lou, I think Papa will dance with you". Wow, I guess his dance card was full.

Nate conked out towards the end of the night and we were able to use Jack's stroller that was in Liz and Chris's car to lay him down. Nobody mind the sleeping baby in the corner of the room!
